Who is eligible to receive child support services?

Any parent, guardian, aunt, uncle or grandparent who has physical custody of the minor child(ren) in need of financial support.

Can the parents of the child(ren) make an agreement among themselves and present it to the court?

Yes. If the parents can cooperate and agree, all the better. The Court's sole interest is to see that the welfare of the child is protected, that it is fair to all parties, and that the agreement conforms with the Indiana Child Support Guidelines.
